IBOHero, operated by Deskless Workers INC ("IBOHero," "we," "us"), uses a small set of first-party cookies and similar technologies on our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Technologies We Use

2.1 Essential cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — for example, to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect against security threats. The Service cannot operate properly without these.

2.2 First-party analytics identifier and pixel

On our public pages we store a first-party random visitor identifierin your browser's local storage (persistent for approximately one year) and fire a first-party analytics pixel to our own domain. Together these record page views, product clicks, the page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, and a session identifier. This is standard web analytics that runs entirely on our own infrastructure. We do not collect precise location, device fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers through this pixel.

2.3 Mobile app measurement

In our mobile apps we use first-party engagement measurement (screen views, in-app actions, session identifiers, app version, platform) and crash/diagnostic data to operate and improve the Service. We do not use advertising identifiers.

2.4 Social login

When you choose to sign in with a third-party account (Facebook, Google, Apple, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest), that provider may set cookies to complete the sign-in. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own policies.

3. What We Use Them For

• Keeping you signed in and securing your session.
• Understanding how content performs (page views, product clicks, engagement).
• Providing the analytics and engagement metrics we offer to IBOs and organizations as a core part of the paid Service.
• Diagnosing errors and improving performance.

4. No Third-Party Advertising or Sale of Data

Our analytics are first-party and are not shared with advertising networks. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics trackers, we do not serve targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information in these senses, the "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out and the Global Privacy Control browser signal, which apply to that opt-out, do not apply to our first-party analytics.

If this ever changes (for example, if we adopt advertising technology in the future), we will update this policy before doing so.

5. Your Choices

• Browser controls: most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies and clear local storage. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
• Marketing email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing message.
• Push notifications: manage in your device settings; push is opt-in.
• Account data: access, correct, or delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and provide notice through the Service where appropriate.
